The stores are not overwhelming. You can buy 3 pairs of shoes in 20 minutes at Famous Footwear and with 2 in tow time is everything.  I, also love that if the shoe a customer wants is not in store, they can get it for you through home delivery or on www.famous.com. Customer can also order shoes online at www.famous.com and have them shipped to their favorite store for pick-up at no charge which means those awesome gym shoes the kid fell in love with but couldn't find the size is just a click or phone call away.
